You’re in a beautiful rural area with access to the Gulf of Mexico and Steinhatchee River. There is plenty of boat parking or take advantage of our first come first serve boat docks. There is an easy to access kayak launch onto the Steinhatchee River. The Landings is also a perfect area to accommodate weddings or family reunions with an onsite church, reception area and lots of activities for the whole family. There is a community pool, gym, tennis courts, playground and petting zoo making this a perfect destination for children and adults. Nearby is the famous crystal clear N. Florida springs, state parks, and historic towns where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, scalloping, and much, much more. Relax unwind and recharge but most of all have FUN!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
