At the foot of the bed, a comfortable seating area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach—whether you’re watching a movie, planning tomorrow’s adventures, or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.

Just off the main living space, the custom-built bunk alcove known as the “Crew Quarters” adds both charm and functionality. Tucked into a bright shiplap-lined nook, the bunks feature cozy bedding, and nautical touches that make the space fun for kids or additional guests while still maintaining the open, airy feel of the studio.

Large windows and sliding glass doors fill the condo with natural light and lead out to one of the best features of the unit—your private Gulf-view balcony.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
